FCM has a dedicated division which undertakes Safety Inspections within all County Education Departments. FCM works closely with the HSE and County Health & Safety Inspectors to provide a comprehensive and workable document which can assist decision makers. Our Schools Inspection Team is fully-conversant with all aspects of current legislation and can assist in both the planning and design of new facilities as well as recommending the equipment best suited to the clients' requirements.

Is your workshop machinery due for its Annual Service? The PUWER 98 Regulations recommend that your workshop machinery is serviced annually, and that the information is recorded, and the machines certificated, for insurance purposes. Most County Councils require that their schools follow these recommendations.
